Optical alignment enables accurate positioning of SMT/BGA components prior to placement. Available on E2, E3, E6, and Q3 systems, this ensures consistent alignment and repeatable placement, even for fine-pitch devices.

The side view camera provides live visual monitoring of solder behaviour and component position during reflow. Available on E3, E6, and Q3 systems, it also supports image capture for process verification and documentation.
