Focused infrared heating delivers visible, adjustable energy directly to the component being reworked. By concentrating heat only where it is required, the process remains gentle on surrounding components and the PCB, reducing thermal stress and improving overall process control.

Medium-wave quartz infrared heating is used to evenly preheat the PCB prior to rework. This controlled preheating reduces temperature gradients across the board, helping to minimise warping and thermal shock while creating stable conditions for component removal and placement.
