Major Industries Using PDR’S Focused IR for BGA Rework
Since the introduction of BGAs into SMT production we have seen some prestigious applications use exclusively PDR for their rework requirements including, Leading Mobile Phone Manufacturers, Aviation, Space, Formula One, TGV and Automotive. All these applications require the highest of yield for safety reasons and therefore use PDR’s Focused IR Rework Stations for BGA rework.
